RULES:
FootHills Bass Club rules and regulations are included herein with special notations. You are expected to be familiar with all items before Joining Club. The following rules are subject to change if a Club meeting is called and changes are voted due to safety or federal, state or local laws conflict.
*2012 Club will be open to new members that like to join.
1 time $ 20 club fee per person, (money goes to 1st and 2nd Place in Points) If we have 10 or more boats sighned up for 2012 wil pay a 3rd spot in the points.
A) $ 30 to tournament winnings
B) $ 10 to lunker
C) $ 10 to Classic
D) (No Open ) Tournaments in 2012.
Will pay 1st and 2nd places at each tournament with 10 boats with a 60-40 split. 11 or more boats will pay 3 places with a 50-30-20 split. $ 10 lunker money will go to the heaviest bass caught at each tournament including the Classic.
Only 2 persons per boat.
All fish will be measured on the Golden Rule. If you have a questionable fish then you may bring this fish by itself to the scale master before bag is weighed. All decisions made by the scale master are final.
5 bass limit. (Definitions are Largemouth, Smallmouth, (Spotted size must be same as Largemouth Bass)
MEMBERSHIP:
The membership fee is $20 per person, per club season. This money goes to the Points Championship at the end of season. If membership is not paid in full and current before fishing in a FootHills Bass Club tournament you will be disqualified from the tournament fished and 0 points will be awarded.
ENTRY FEES:
Entry fees in FootHills Bass Club tournament is $50 per two-man team or one-man (90% payback) with $10 going to lunker pot and $10 going to Classic at the end of year.
POINTS SYSTEM and CLASSIC QUALIFYING:
All points earned will be counted the same for each team member. (You and your partner will receive the same points for each tournament.) Points will not be counted at the Classic.
1) 1 point for each tournament fished
2) 1 point for each fish weighed in
3) 1 point for Big Fish ( New for 2012 )
4) 3 points for 1st
5) 2 points for 2nd
6) 1 point for 3rd
You must fish at least 4 tournaments to qualify for the Classic.
No dead fish will be weighed.
A short fish brought to weigh-in will be penalized that fish plus the largest brought to the
weigh-in. Example: the short fish and your largest fish in your bag will be culled and
not weighed in.
* All tournament fees (including $ 20 Club fee) MUST be paid 30 min's before Tournament starts.
* Must Fish 4 tournaments to make the Classic.
